In the Office:

Darryl Walters – With over 15 years’ experience in the travel industry, Darryl manages the product development and contracting for Great British Journeys. His time is dedicated to sourcing our local suppliers which include everything from the quality transport providers we use to our beautiful hotel accommodation the length and breadth of the country. With his team he develops the itineraries selecting the visitor attractions to visit and seeking out the very best local experiences to include on our journeys. He also works closely with our carefully selected guides who bring the tours to life.

Magdalena Glen – In charge of operations, Magda works hard behind the scenes to ensure that each and every tour departure runs smoothly. Her day-to-day work can include everything from dispatching travel packs to our clients booked on to upcoming tours to communicating with hotels and guides about meal menus and arrival times. She also manages much of our website content and online bookings. Basically, Magda is dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s to make sure your Great British Journey reaches our high standards.

Luke Manning – Luke and his small team handle the customer relations and reservations of Great British Journeys. He is always on hand in the office to respond to your emails and answer your calls. His expertise lie in tailor-made travel so he’s always happy to assist with booking your extra travel requirement pre/post tour and is well-equipped to answer all of your questions relating to our itineraries, hotels, vehicles, guides, travel in Britain in general and anything else you can think of!
